Onyx is a two-year-old lab retriever mix. He has lived with his family his whole life but was surrendered because he was too much. Onyx is friendly, affectionate, and smart. He gets along well with other dogs, kids, and adults, and loves to play with lots of small dogs at the dog park. He enjoys playing outside and takes treats gently from your hand. Onyx knows basic commands such as sit, down, up, stay, and paw, and he listens very well. However, he is not adjusting well to kennel life and is showing signs of sadness and anxiety. Onyx needs to find a loving forever home that will make him feel safe and wanted again. Are you the perfect home for this sweet boy? Onyxs friends at J.R.
