Dec 24th, 2009. Alaska now known by her foster parents as ELLIE is doing very well and her foster home absolutely adores her. Ellie is so amazing, tolerant, patient, courteous, kind, affectionate, smart and gets along very well with dogs no matter their issues. She is learning her house manners and catches on quickly. What a nice girl. We love her.
Dec 19th, 2009. We were going to spay Alaska tomorrow BUT Alaska is in heat as of yesturday. We now need to wait about 3 to 4 weeks before we can spay her so Alaska will not be adopted out until she is altered. Please keep checking back here for updates.
We named this beautiful girl Alaska. She is approx 1 year old and very, very sweet. Poor Alaska landed in a shelter and no one cared enough to claim her which is hard to believe as she has a wonderful temperament. Alaska is a Siberian Husky and will need a breed savvy gaurdian who will attend obedience training with her so she knows what you expect of her. Knowledge of the breed a must.
