Fanto - Pending

What a gorgeous dog Fanto is! He’s a beautiful black and red papered shepherd bred from Willendorf kennels in Connecticut.

Fanto is in our owner referral program as his owner has developed allergies. Fanto is bilingual and being Schuzhund trained, knows all his commands in English and German! His obedience and calm, assured manner is impressive. Fanto is not aggressive but is an excellent watch dog. He greeted us in a friendly manner and was very curious as to what we had in our temp. testing bag (lots of cookies/food!).

Fanto is up to date on his shots, heartworm negative and we will be adopting him on a neuter contract. He is fine with other dogs but has not been exposed to cats. We think he may chase them as he does enjoy chasing rabbits and squirrel.

Fanto loves to chase his ball and likes a good game of tug as well. Fanto was raised with an older child and any children in his new home should be 12 and up. He does have slight allergies but only requires a pill a day and regular ear cleanings. He is being fed Nature’s Balance which can be purchased in any Petco or PetSmart. His favorite cookies are apples and carrots – inexpensive and healthy!

Fanto is a true shepherd and never far from his owner’s side. He is active and playful outside but calm and relaxed inside. Fanto will be an easy keeper and would love to be your constant companion and best friend. Loyal to a fault, intelligent and regal Fanto is a real shepherd’s shepherd!
