We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Fawn, 1 year 8 month, spayed female, Black Mouth Cur mix, 40 pounds. Fawn is in a foster home in Woodinville, Washington and is ready for meet and greets! If you live too far outside of Woodinville, we can set up a video chat. Fawn was previously owned and then surrendered to a shelter in Texas. We had her in foster care there for awhile and then had a spot open up in Washington. S Fawn is an active, energetic young lady who loves every dog she meets. She does not have a great sense of personal space and is adamant about giving (and receiving) affection, always very playful and offering kisses when coming up for sniffs. When she first sees you, Fawn is a full-on wigglebutt! Her foster mom takes her out and about to continue to socialize her. She can be a little skittish at times, so they have worked on building in her confidence in new places. She rides great in the car- just sitting and looking out the window. She has great recall and if someone wanted to practice agility with her- she would love it. She knows sit and is working on heel She has shared foster homes with different dogs and loves them so much. She really loves to play. Her current foster home takes her to an off leash dog park and she runs all over the place! This girl is fast when she has the space. She currently shares a home with another dog. Fawn is walking on leash really well. She has done wonderful walking with a ten year old! Straight out of the crate, Fawn is very excited and rambunctious, spinning and jumping. She has a fair amount of energy and would do best in a home where she can get regular exercise through runs/walks, hikes, or doggy daycare, etc. Fawn is house trained. She does well when crated. She has met kids 10 years and older. We recommend a home with kids who can understand and will respect animal behavior cues. We have no history with cats. ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** Interested in applying to adopt her?
