Faysal

Faysal is approximately 5 years old. He is a Canaan Dog that was living in the Daily Hugz Sanctuary in West Bank. He is cautious when he meets people at first, but then is extremely affectionate and sensitive. He will nose to get more love. He walks well on a leash, but is very curious about squirrels and birds. He is fostered with a medium sized adult male dog and small adult female dog. There is also an eleven year old and 8 year old living in the fosters. He loves children. But he especially loves his foster momma and will stand stoicly as he is getting affection and pets. He needs slow introductions to other dogs and he needs personal space with new dogs. He would thrive in a home with a fenced in backyard and his owner to have plenty of time for Faysal to adjust to his new home. He would love to take long walks. He would also be a perfect companion for someone who works from home because he sleeps during the day.
