Felix is a 15 lb, 9 year-old bichon. He came to us from Mexico. Felix is a real lover. He wants to be near his person and to have their attention. He enjoys cuddling in a chair next to his person or sleeping right up against them. Felix gets on well with other small dogs. He's still working on his housebreaking skills and will need a bit additional work. He'd do best with someone home most of the time. Felix walks well on a leash. He would do best in an adult home or one with older children. Felix is a happy and loving little guy just looking for a home where he'll be loved.
