Fink

Hi there! My name is Fink - I'm a 2 years and 10 months old ~5lb lavender parti male Pomeranian. I'm a retired breeding dog, so I'm still getting used to being in a home with my foster family. I tend to be a bit shy at first, but I'm doing well with warming up to all of the love my foster family has to give me! I still enjoy my alone time, but I love sitting on the couch with my foster humans and I prefer to sleep in a playpen next to their bed versus being alone. My likes include food, cuddles, and running around outside! I do well with other dogs - my foster parents believe a home with another dog would be best suited for me so that I can continue to learn from them and have a doggy friend! I do not like loud noises, especially fireworks and thunder! I will require a securely fenced yard to make sure I stay safe. Although my foster parents have not introduced me to any children, they believe I would be best suited in an adult-only environment, or a home with older children. I'm still working on my potty training, and I do not walk well yet on a leash, so I will be looking for pawrent(s) that will be patient with me and continue to work with me.
