FINN is a 7 1/2 years old, 45 lb, Australian shepherd. He is obsessed with his spiky squeaky balls and loves to play fetch. Nowadays he chases it a few times then goes and lays down with his favorite ball.
Finn is very well behaved but like most Aussies, he is super smart and needs exercise. He loves to spin when he is excited. He loves to run the fence when the Amazon truck goes by.
Good with other dogs but doesn’t like when they come up and he is being petted. He would be fine as an only dog. NO CATS. Good with older kids over 9 would be best. He’s never been around younger ones and is a herding breed.
Housebroken, he does not need a crate. He is on joint supplements due to his years of playing ball, when he plays too hard, he will limp on his front shoulder a little bit.
Neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. Adoption fee is $150
Located just NW of Atlanta in Acworth, Ga but available within an hour and a half drive.
Home visit required. Approved home gets a two week trial prior to official adoption
