Meet Finn, the ultimate snuggle bug! This sweet little guy loves being by his human's side. Finn had a rough start in life and was chained outside 24/7 with only a wooden box for shelter. When he came to the rescue he didn’t even know his own name, but he's shown incredible resilience and progress since coming into foster care. At an estimated 4-6 years old, he's already mastered sit, stay, lay down, and he's fully potty trained. Finn is great with other dogs, though he can be a bit playful and would benefit from a meet-and-greet with any future fur siblings. He's got a bit of energy but balances it with plenty of naps throughout the day. Finn can be timid at times but has been wonderful around respectful children and large groups of people. He loves to lick and nibble playfully, but he listens well when told to stop. Finn is looking for a confident adopter who can continue his training and provide consistency. He's a bit sensitive to loud noises like thunder and fireworks, so he'll need someone understanding of his fears and who can be respectful during theses times to not stress him out further. Finn has discovered a love for toys, especially fluffy squeaky ones, and enjoys playing with them. Finn is a loyal, velcro dog with a great personality. It takes Finn some time to adjust to a new home and settle into a routine, so he'll need someone patient and understanding during his first couple of months.
