Flash is a young Basset Hound Mix. He looks a lot like a Basset Hound, but his ears are a bit shorter. Flash was an owner surrender to animal control. He is a very sweet and friendly boy, but his elderly owner realized she could not keep up with his puppy playfulness. Flash, like most Basset Hounds, is a highly social dog.
