Meet little Fletcher! Fletcher is a 3 month old (est DOB 10/19/2009) wire haired Dachshund! He may have a little of something else in him, as his wirey whiskers are not as much as some of the pictures of pure bred ones, however his body shape, size and coat all match the type. He weighs just 6.4lbs and is familiar with sleeping in a crate. Fletcher was found and brought to us on 1/9/10, and his owners landlord had not given permission for her to keep a dog so he is looking for a home where he will be welcome! He is incredibly loving, and sweet - loves to be in peoples laps. He is playful, but medium energy and spends a lot of the day napping. He is healthy and will be available for adoption from 01/14/10! Please help us find little Fletcher a steady, stable home with lots of love to give! He will be a great companion and a shelter is no place for him.
