Flint is a 2-3 month old Schnauzer-Yorkie mix who is fun-loving, playful, spirited and ready to grab the heart of his new Mom and/or Dad. Flint was turned into the shelter as a stray and our rescue received a call on him because he was terrified in the kennels. He hid in the back and wouldn't come to the front even if he was being fed. His fear lasted about 20 minutes once he got to his new foster home and he's been on the go, ready with kisses ever since then...
Flint is looking for a home that wants an energetic, loveable, puppy who will be under 15lbs when full grown. He's a beautiful boy who has a wire-hair type of coat and so will be low shedding but not necessarily for those who have allergies. Flint gets along well with other dogs, loves to play with toys and would be fine with kids over the age of 7. Most of our small breed puppies we prefer to place in homes with older children to avoid accidents.
