Flossie deserves nothing but the best! Flossie is a 11-12 year old, 70 lb sweet senior lab who was an owner surrender due to their own declining health. While she was very loved, she didn't receive the best medical care and had one of the worst untreated cases of arthritis our vet has seen. Luckily she's well taken care of now and is enjoying her golden years properly.
Like a typical old lab, she's a very sweet, happy girl whose favorite activity is to nap. She'll follow you around the house just to be in the same room as you.
While her arthritis pain has improved, she is still stiff and slow to move around. She's working through a UTI, so she has been having some accidents in the house. We hope once it's cleared up and she's feeling better, they will stop. She must live in a house (or area of a house) with no stairs or a ramp to access the outdoors.
Flossie loves everyone (humans and animals alike) and meal time is her favorite time of the day.
