I'm Frankie, you may have seen my adorable face before. Life has been a bit of a roller coaster for me, but I'm not one to hold grudges. I am back at the shelter through no fault of my own. I'm a sweet, cuddly, and smart fella who loves to make friends. My friends at the shelter say I'm quite the smarty pants as I've mastered basic commands and am a pro at walking on a leash.
