Frankie and Johnny

Johnny was born 2/2000 and Frankie was born 3/2003. Johnny is a retriever mix and Frankie is a beagle mix. Both dogs were surrendered by the same home, however not much is known about their past as our rescue obtained them from a shelter that was euthanizing for space.

Both Frankie and Johnny are tightly bonded and they must go home together. Both pooches are seniors and while they enjoy their daily strolls, they'd much prefer a good rawhide on a dog bed in the living room. Both dogs are through their high energy puppy stage and would do well in any home as long as the activity of the family didn't interfere with their beauty rest . Both dogs are great with children as well as the usual hustle and bustle of households. Frankie and Johnny ignore the felines at the shelter and while they don't mind other canine companionship, they prefer the companionship of eachother more than anything.

Frankie and Johnny must go to a new home together. Their combined adoption fee is $475.

Adoption Information:

Adoption clinics are held every Saturday from 10am – 2pm at PetsMart, 2216 E. Springs Drive. Most of our available dogs can be visited at that time. If you have an approved application, an appointment may be made to meet a dog at a different time. Our dogs have all been spay/neuter, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, current on flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention. We take care of any veterinary care prior to adoption. We offer a $50 rebate to adopters who complete a training class and send in proof of completion within 4 months of adoption.
