Please email [email protected] for questions or to see our rules and to download the Required Application www.hwhanimalrescue.com Name: Frederick Gender: Male Age: 1.5 years Breed: Pittie Hound Mix Available for adoption This is Frederick, he is a 1 ½ year old pit/hound mix (he bays like a beagle from time to time). Frederick is small in stature but has a big personality.  He is house and crate trained and knows how to use a dog door.  He gets along with all his foster brothers and sisters, though he can sometimes try to be the man in charge.  He loves to go on walks and does best with an easy walk harness.  He does get over stimulated when he sees other dogs or squirrels on walks, and we are working on redirecting him. Frederick would do great in a home on his own or with another confident dog, and some additional training.  He is a little stubborn, but he would greatly benefit from some one-on-one training. Frederick is a sweet boy who needs to find the perfect person to help him become the perfect dog. Heart-worm negative, current on vaccines.
