Freya

Freya was picked up as a stray in Texas, and after a long trek to Nebraska, was welcomed into The Good Life Rescue with open arms. Freya had a hard time trusting people at first, and was covered in ticks when she came to the rescue. She was covered in ticks, some so bad that they had become infected, and was very fearful of her first bath. Afterwards; however, she got the best case of the zoomies in her foster's backyard and hasn't stopped zooming since! Freya is still learning to trust her surroundings and prefers calm dogs and slow introductions. She has not been around cats. Freya loves kids of all ages and will excitedly cover you in kisses! She does jump a bit, but has never bitten (other than typical puppy nips). Freya is rocking potty training! While she doesn't give many signals other than occasional sniffing, as long as she is taken out regularly and after meals she's accident free! Freya LOVES treats, bones, and her favorite fox toy. In Frey's opinion, if she can drag it or shake it, it's a toy. She needs a family who will have a lot of time to play with her because that's her favorite activity! She'd probably love having a dog sibling to rough house with. We're pretty sure Freya is part kangaroo because she can jump like no one's business and gets the zoomies every time she goes outside. She has such a goofy personality- we're always laughing at her antics! We lovingly call her "Freydar" because those ears... Aren't they the best? Freya can't wait to meet her furever home and bouncy-ball herself right into your arms and heart.
