Our Board Games litter came from Taiwan and are approximately 3 months old. They have been living in a foster home with dogs, cats and kids since they came to the states a few weeks ago. They were rarin' to go off the plane and haven't stopped since then. The litter appears to be Retriever-Basenji with two of the pups, Trouble and Scrabble being very Retriever like in their personality and Yahtzee definitely favoring the Basenji side. All dogs from Taiwan not only have the regular medical work done but are also heart worm tested, full blood panel and fecal tested negative before coming to the states.
Trouble: He is definitely the leader of the pack. He shoots right out of the crate every morning and can't wait to give a million kisses, play with anything and anyone, run like the wind, fetch (ok, not so good at bringing back yet) and then crash in your arms. He's friendly, outgoing, personable, definitely an extrovert in the leader.
Scrabble: Our little girl is Retriever friendly, personable, outgoing but not high octane energy like her brother Trouble. She can be more content to be loved on and sit in your lap. Scrabble gets along with everyone, hasn't found anyone she doesn't like and is happy to greet you whether she saw you a minute, an hour or 2 days ago. You're her best friend immediately.
Yahtzee: She's definitely the more Basenji like of the litter. She's quieter, more mellow (can that be in a puppy?), more observant, waits for everyone else to get love and then will quietly walk up and hope there is some left for her. She's not demanding, not vocal (very Basenji like!) and she's as sweet as candy.
