Call Name: Gary DOB: 05/15/2020 Small Animal Tolerance to be Determined GA# 505 PEDIGREE: Greyhound Mix (Lurcher) Gary is a lurcher that came to Greyt Angels from the American Lurcher Project. This handsome boy is working on getting settled into his foster home and seems to be adjusting well. His foster home includes several greyhounds and lurchers where he is fitting in. Gary is very laid back so far while adjusting to the retirement life. He is very quiet and isn't sure how to play with his foster siblings, although he has started playing with the smallest Greyhound mix in the house who weighs about 40 lbs.! Gary is very sweet and loves to be petted. House manners have been very good. Traffic noise from a busy road behind his foster's house seems to spook Gary a little, so he may like a quieter neighborhood better. Gary has shown little to no interest in the small dogs he has met so far. Taking him out to public places seems to make him a little nervous; he may not be the right fit for a family who likes to take their dog(s) with them frequently. He is at his best in the quietness of his home. Watch for more updates on this amazing guy as his foster family gets to know him better. Greyt Angels will continue to place hounds with new greyhound owners within the 3 hour radius, that will remain unchanged.
