Sweet Genie has been with us for 10 months and still is waiting for her happy ending that she desperately deserves.
Genie has had a very rough life from being used to have babies, to being used as a bait dog and then when they were done with her she was discarded on the side of the road until a good Samaritan found Genie. Genie had open wounds and old scars and weighing only 19lbs. Still after everything humans had did to her she still trusts humans with all her heart.
Genie has watched people come in and look at all the dogs and while all the other babies are asking for attention Genie is laying quietly in her bed but the people just walk past her and then leave with another furbaby.
Genie is a 4 yr old female Pit mix! She does need to be the only pet in the home.
