Gingerbread

Gingerbread is a 2 yr old female beagle. She is a beautiful girl with some bluetick coloring. She was being used to breed dogs to make money. Then suddenly the owner was moving and was dumping Gingerbread and her 8 ten day old babies and her 7 month old from a previous litter. She had never seen a vet in her short life until we started taking her. Gingerbread has now weened off her babies at 8 weeks of age and is ready for a home of her own. She is just finishing up her vetting and ready to go. She is playful and likes toys but she is not over the top and is content to cuddle as well. She is a door darter so gates in front of openings would help as well as a vigilant eye. Adoption fee is $450 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc.. We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years therefore beagles under 3 years of age will not be adopted to anyone over the age of 62.
