Gingi (TX)

Gingi Kay (Ginger) is a high spirited 9-year-old lab mix, who was rescued off the highway as a puppy and lived with the same owner until surrendered (due to unstable circumstances of family). Gingi is a sweet girl who adores affection from her humans. She is good on a leash with proper guidance, housebroken, and crate trained. She's a smart girl who knows how to sit, wait, lay down, and make eye contact. Gingi's ideal forever home is one with an experienced dog owner who will provide her with a safe environment and treat her gently and patiently. A fenced yard will suit her best. She needs to be an only dog who doesn’t have to compete for love or resources with other dogs or have cats to chase. She needs to be limited to walking and swimming to keep her hips in good health. No stairs for this gal, please. Gingi was around children at her original owner’s and would be best with kids over 15 due to her high-spirited personality. Senior pups make great companions!
