Hi! My name is Gizmo! I am a very sweet older man who has spend the better part of the past year in animal control and at the shelter. I am very excited to finally find my forever home. My vision isn’t the best, but that just means I like to stare at walls as if they were windows! Gizmo is a sweet guy who is blind in one eye and has limited vision in the other. He navigates pretty well and does not get nervous about new situations despite his handicap. He does like to talk so adopters should be prepared to listen to his long, drawn out stories when he is ready to tell them. He would do best with kids over 5 and calmer, large dogs. No cats for this guy! The Adoption Fee Includes Spay/Neuter Surgery*, Vaccinations, Flea Preventative, Deworming Medication, Microchip, Sample Bag of Food & Treats, and a Free First Exam With Participating Veterinarians. Our shelter is open to the public on Monday - Tuesday and Thursday - Saturday from 9:00 am -5:00 pm EST.
