Gordita (9)

Hello! I am Gordita (9), a charming, large-sized dog, with short brown and white hair. I have already been dewormed, vaccinated, and spayed. I showed up in a private neighborhood one day, pregnant and with a transmissible venereal tumor. The neighbors rallied to help me, and one person took me with her and provided me with a little house to shelter me from the cold. After receiving medical attention, the veterinarian indicated that I needed a cesarean section, which was performed along with my spaying and paid for by all the people who helped me. My puppies were very well cared for by my caregiver, but unfortunately, they passed away one by one. Once I recovered a bit, they performed a cytology, confirming the suspicion of TVT, so I started my chemotherapy. After eight sessions, it was finally determined that the tumor had disappeared. I am an extremely gentle and affectionate dog, and I get along well with both dogs and cats. I am also very calm, I love having my belly scratched and being rewarded with cookies. I would make an excellent companion for any family! I currently live indoors, but I enjoy sunbathing in the yard. I hope to finally find a loving and responsible family that will take good care of me!
