Groot is an 8 year old beautiful German Shepperd who needs a soft landing. He knows basic obedience, like sit, shake, down, and is very affectionate overall.
He is friendly to all people and is learning how to warm up to other dogs. He would be best in a home with experienced dog owners, quiet lifestyle with access to an outdoor area.
We believe Groot use to be an outside dog. He does frequently urinate and is thirsty. He has been checked out by a vet, but nothing conclusive in this regard. We believe his frequent urination and thirst is due to him being an outside dog for most of his life.
Groot would be great in a home as the only dog so he can get all of the attention as he loves people.
Groot walks well on a leash and is medium to low energy.
Groot is neutered and has all shots. He is not a fan of stairs.
