Hancock came to us with Herbie, hence his name. They got along well in the shelter but did not come in together. Hancock was a stray in Bakersfield. He has a full length tail that stands up and is small for a corgi. He is probably a mix but another breed does not stand out. He is the classice red color with white chest and paws. He is friendly and outgoing and is around 2 years old.
