Harley

Harley is a large, light colored male. One of our other volunteers nursed him back from the brink and he is now in great shape. He had little hair when he came into rescue and could hardly walk. His hair is now soft and luxurious. His age is estimated between 9 to 11 years old. Harley is bow legged, but it sure doesn't slow him down. He prances. He has large black, expressive eyes. He is not a velcro dog. He is still leery around other dogs and will still run in the other direction when approached. He likes to walk on the lead but he does pull. He does well in the car. He would do better with older children since he is skittish and he would do best in a forever home without a lot of activity. He will bark when he wants your attention and when he wants out. He may take a little longer to warm up to you, but it is well worth the wait. He looks like he is smiling when he looks at you. Harley will need to take a chewable Rimadyl and Soloxine every morning, which he does without problems. Harley's adoption fee is $100. For an adoption application, please email:
