Hershey-ADOPTED!

12/28/08 Hershey is truly a lucky pup. He was on the verge of being euthanized because of his medical needs, and he has received updated medical care and, the best of all, a new family! Thank you for loving him and saving his life!

12/20/08 MEET HERSHEY- he is alocal rescue from here in Maine and looking for his final and forever home. We were told he had issues with other dogs, cats and children and that couldn't have been farther from the truth- Hershey is just a sweet easy going guy who really wants to spend his day playing with his ball and snuggling. He is house trained, fine with cats and the other dogs in his foster home and even very gentle with young children. He is going to have corrective eye surgery in the next couple weeks so that his eye lids will not irritae his eye and than he will be ready for adoption. He is recovering from hot spots too that seems to be healing up and looking good- you would never know this little guy was 9 and he still has plenty of energy and love to give.
