My Story

This is Honey!! She's 2 year old Finnish Spitz/Chow mix. She's only about 35 pounds. She was rescued from Orange County Animal Services minutes before she was scheduled to be euthanized. She had heartworms and successfully went through treatment and is happy and healthy! It was really rough on her and she almost didn't make it. It takes a little while for her to get to know you because of what she went through with the treatment, but once she gets to know you she is very loyal and will be your forever friend. Once you become her friend sh e likes to greet you by wagging her tail and standing up on her hind legs to give you a "people hug." She also recently graduated from Beginners Obedience Training so she knows some commands such as sit, shake, down, leave it and greeting other dog friends. Cats and young kids under the age of 12 scare her especially when they run towards her so a home without them would be better. She's really a fun girl once you get to know her and is looking for that special someone that loves hugs and wants to go outside for a serious game of catch! Honey is spayed, house trained, crate trained, micro chipped, up to date on shots and currently on flea and heart worm preventative.
Adoption fee is $100.
