9/25/09 Hunter came to the Humane Society as a stray dog when he was only a few weeks old. He arrived in July 2007 so that tells you that he has been with us way too long. He is a fairly large black lab mix that would make someone a great friend. He just needs someone special. By that I mean that the shelter is all he has ever known so he will need someone to work with him and show him what a family dog is all about. He is not aggressive at all but he does need to be trained. If you are that special person that has the skills to work with Hunter he will be perfect for you. He just needs a chance! Please, won't someone just give this special guy an opportunity to show you how wonderful he can be?
