Ibby was kind of shy and hesitant in her early days in foster care and as time went on it was suspect that she was deaf. Turns out she is indeed deaf. They are trying to test her now to tell how deaf she is. She is slowly coming out of her hesitancy and following the foster Dad around in the home. She is sweet and kind and believed she will make someone a precious wonderful companion.Of course being deaf she will need to be confined in a yard and walks should never be off leash. She has her first puppy shots and her first worming behind her now.
