JACK

Hi my name is Jack. I am approximately 4 years old. I was taken in by a loving family after I was saved from someone that kept me outside and only fed me when he remembered that I was out there. He never brushed me and my hair was so matted that my body was in torment from the mats pulling my skin. I had so many tangles that I couldn’t even scratch the flea bites from all the fleas that I was infested with. I am so happy now that I'm all clean and groomed! I am neutered and up to date on all my shots and I am heartworm free. My nickname around the house is shadow because I want to follow you everywhere. I am a very easy to manage dog. I love toys and treats. I put up with the other dogs but would do better in a calmer house. I am a young adult and I am set in my ways. I want my new owner all to myself so that I can catch up on all the lovin’ I missed while being kept outside. I don’t like to be left alone for long periods of time and will cry, so I am looking for someone who has the time to spend with me. I am a little wary of men so I think the best home for me would be a nice lady that wants a loving companion to watch TV or go for a walk with.
