Jackie will steal your heart. She was scheduled for euthanasia at another shelter but the staff just couldn't bring themselves to put her down. They gave her one more day and Jackie is now living with a foster family while she waits for her forever home.
Jackie is a unique dog and Lab/Chow mix is as close as we could come to describing her. Jackie is good with kids and with other dogs. She will lie on her back and let you rub her belly and when you offer a treat she'll sit on her back legs and make "prayer paws" with her front feet. Jackie knows some basic commands and is a quick learner. She will make an excellent companion.
