Meet Jackson! He needs an active family to keep up with his puppy energy! This silly, playful boy would love kids or dog siblings to wrestle with. From Jackson's foster: "He is an absolute gem of a dog. He sleeps well in his crate and can be left alone without wining or having too much operation anxiety. He loves to play and go on walks. He seemed a little afraid of other dogs on our walk at Fort Funston today but by the end was trying to play! He loves kids and really wants our cat to play with him although our kitty is not interested. He may really bug a sensitive cat but ours is pretty chill with it all. He is working on being potty trained. He does have accidents inside so we take him out on about 4 walks a day and reward him for going outside. Overall he is such a cutie and whoever gets him will be so lucky!!" Raising a puppy takes time, patience and a true commitment. Puppies need enrichment, socialization and consistency in training. They take resources and can cause a few less than perfect nights' sleep. With lots of love and a little effort, your family will have a great dog for many years!
