These adventurous little explorers are ready to turn your home into a jungle of fun and love. There are 7 pups in this litter: Jade, Jane, Jessie, Jeffrey, Justin, Jay, and Jacob. These safari sprouts lost their mom before they were fully weaned, so they were bottle fed for about one week. But now they are all healthy and happy and ready to find their forever family! We think these fur-ocious friends are some mix of Aussie Shepherd / Parson Terrier / Heeler. Either way, we know they are 100% cute! They are 15 weeks old, and Jacobs Jungle weighs 19 pounds (as of 7/9/24). His foster shares "Jacob Jungle is local (with us here in Lowell) and available for adoption! He was born approximately March 24. He stands his right ear up which is adorable, loves digging in the dirt and splashing in water, is great with kids & dogs, and has paid no mind to our cats. He is coming along with house training and responds really well to treats. Jacob sleeps through the night in his crate, likes the car, and loves toys. Like all puppies, he will need more training, but if you're willing to put in the work and want to add this affectionate little guy to your pack, he'd be a great addition to any family because of his affectionate, fun loving nature. Bonus points if you have a dog sibling for Jacob to have the zoomies with, but also to learn from; his 2 foster dog brothers have helped him learn a lot in just a week!" It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
