My Story

Jada was a stray puppy that we rescued from a Kansas shelter in February. We think she was likely dumped as no owner came for her. 8 month old Jada, a Great Pyrenees/Saint Bernard mix, is a beautiful girl inside and out! She is affectionate, gives kisses, and loves attention from people. Jada has been around children in her foster home and does great with them. Friendly and confident when going new places and meeting new people, Jada will steal your heart! A playful girl, Jada goes 100 miles an hour and then she'll nap for 3 hours! Great with submissive male dogs, Jada does need a home without cats. Jada is very smart and food motivated, potty trained and walks pretty well on a leash. *Being fostered in Jackson, MO Jada weighs about 75 lbs, is up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives. She will be adopted on a spay/neuter contract with adopter promising to spay/neuter at a later date and must show proof at that time. Adoption Requirements: *A secure & visible fence *A home visit *A vet check with at least a two year vet history Adopters can be located in Missouri and surrounding states: Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. We are able to help transport to those states.
