Sweet Jade, along with her ten puppies, was rescued from a kill shelter in South Georgia in April 2024. Jade has amazed us with her calm and intelligent demeanor ever since we’ve had her in our care. She loves affection from humans and is very friendly when meeting new people. She gets along well with other dogs but may do better in a home without an alpha female. We are still discovering little things about her personality, but all in all, she appears to be the perfect dog! Not to mention, she is absolutely gorgeous! She’s really thin due to neglect and nursing puppies. She only weighs 68 pounds now, but we suspect her healthy weight will be around 80 to 90 pounds.
