My Story

HIGHLY TRAINED DOG ALERT! Say hello to Jalon, the big, lovable goofball who's always ready to shower you with affection! This sweet boy loves people but can be a bit bashful in tight spaces-it's his way of adding a touch of mystery to his charm! He seems to be a little human claustrophobic- or sensitive to small spaces. Fresh out of our Paws-In-Prison program, Jalon graduated top of his class with a degree in "Manners and Obedience. This smarty-paws learned it all and aced every test! Canine Good Citizen test ready! Jalon is READY FOR HIS FOREVER FAMILY!!! As a pup, Jalon was socialized with dogs, people, sights, sounds, smells, and textures-he's practically a world traveler! Now, he's a bit choosy about his canine companions. It's like he's on a doggy dating show: some get a rose, and some, well, don't. If you have another dog, be prepared for a few meet-and-greets before Jalon finds his new bestie. Vizslas, like our boy Jalon, are affectionate, gentle, and loyal. They're also athletic and intelligent, making them versatile companions. Jalon, aka the Hungarian Pointer, is no exception and is eagerly waiting to be your sidekick in all of life's adventures. Ready to give Jalon his happily ever after? Adopt this loveable graduate and let the fun begin! Canine Partners Program only places our dogs and puppies into homes that meet "their" needs! We can not guarantee breeds. Most often breeds listed are our best guesses! In some cases we know history or parents but not always. Our dogs are fully vetted. This includes spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies, microchipped, Heartworm and Lyme tested, worming, flea treatments, Heartworm prevention started, and any other medical care needed. Foster to adopt dogs, simply means they live with you while receiving their vet care. Once this is complete, then you adopt! Our adoption fee also includes 6-week group obedience class (value $125.) If adopting a puppy that is not spayed/neutered and underage, we cover spay/neuter at 6 months. Paws In Prison dogs will not be ready for their new families until they complete their program. Apply now for your highly trained Prison Dog!
