Jamboree

Meet Jamboree! Jamboree came to us from Bonita Animal Shelter on June 17th. She is 11 years old and weighs 9 lbs. Jamboree arrived just in time to celebrate FFF's 10th Anniversary, and a volunteer took her to the party and kept her overnight for a slumber party! Jamboree earned a rave review for being a cuddly, fun, and spunky girl who acts younger than her years. Jamboree recently returned from a two-week Frosted Fling "Jamboree is the sweetest girl ever! She loves head rubs and ear scratches and will rub her head all over you... it's adorable. She follows you everywhere; I think this is because of her deafness, she likes knowing where her person is! She is quiet and super well-behaved, she never barked or whined when I left for work or put her in another room. Jamboree will sleep with you or happily sleep on a dog bed on the floor beside you-she just loves to be nearby. She loves people, I think she just requires a build in trust before anyone goes to just like pick her up though (because a few people she had given that same warning bark to). I think she would be fine with any age group once she has a little time to adjust and build trust!! Jamboree is very good at going potty outside, and she never had accidents over night. I just took her and my dog out right before bed and then when I woke in the morning. She was fine for a full 8 hrs. and will most likely still be sleeping when you wake up! Jamboree is a dog that does well with at least one walk around the neighborhood per day. She has bursts of energy, so I assume she would LOVE a dog park as well. We went to the dog beach, and she loved it! Jamboree gets along great with other dogs, sometimes she gives warning bark if another dog is way up in her personal space, but she has never bitten or anything! My toy yorkie and her were sleeping side by side with each other by the end of our fling. Jamboree is the most loyal, effortless, loving, goofy, and the most polite sweetheart ever. I really saw Jamboree come out of her shell and get comfortable within my home around the 2 week mark. I promise Jamboree's future adoption family that she will fit right in, and you will be so thankful you found this little girl!" Jamboree is back on-site and ready for her forever home.
