Jasper is a 10 year old yellow lab. He came to us as a stray and did have tags on him. We attempted to contact the owner whom is from Nevada, but have had no luck. We really would love to see Jasper to go back to his real home and if not, to a great family who will love him for the rest of his years. Jasper is a purebred, so he must be neutered before leaving the shelter.
