Jasper is a 5 year old Tibetan Terrier mix that weighs about 25 lbs. Jasper had lived most of his young life outside. The people that adopted him as a puppy complained that he was too lively and had too much energy so he was kept outside. The original adopter can no longer care for him so we need to find Jasper a new forever home.
His Foster Mom says he is a great dog, sweet and gets on well with other dogs, doesn't have much interest in cats. He's not a barker, is house trained and can use a doggie door. He is a cuddler who would be a great companion for an individual or a family.
