Hi! My name is Jasper I'm the sweetest terrier mix you'll ever meet. I was born around 12/08/23 so I'm considered an adolescent dog. I am neutered, heartworm-negative, and current on my vaccines. My foster family says my brother and I are super friendly with all animals. They have goats, rabbits, cats, and dogs and we get along with all of them. We absolutely adore each other and never leave each other's side which is why they would love for us to go together, if possible... but that's not required. We are learning to walk on a leash and are currently house-training. Great with big people and kids. We are a tad timid towards people at first but as soon as we know you have love to give they give in easily. I am looking for my forever home with my new forever family so if you are interested in adopting me please submit an application TODAY! Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee.
