Hello, my name is: Java DOB: 12/22/2023 Sex/Breed: Spayed female terrier/husky mix Weight: ~40 lbs Friends: Dogs of all sizes and kids (cats unknown) Traits: Sweet, energetic, smart, friendly Rescued From: Born in foster care Java has grown up in her foster home and is desperate to find a forever family she can begin the next and final chapter of her life with. Prior to landing in foster, her mom, Josie, was chained outside at her previous home. Only 2 short weeks after she was brought to safety, she gave birth. Her puppies have been socialized, loved, and doted on since day one. Java is one of the last of her litter of 12 (yes, 12!) puppies to find a forever home of her own. We can't understand why she's been waiting so long - she is as sweet as pie! Java loves to play with her canine friends, get attention from all humans, and is very eager to please. She is active, fun-loving, and good-natured. Java's markings are stunning and her blue eyes, captivating. Java is very smart and seems to learn things quickly. She'd love to live an active lifestyle and accompany her forever family on vacations, trips out to dinner, and adventures at the park.
