Jaxson "Jax" *Waived Adoption Fee

Note: RAVE is a one woman show. My days are planned down to the minute. I will not respond to "interest" messages from PetFinder. They come in by the dozens and 98% of them go nowhere. If you are intrested in adopting a pup, please submit an adoption application. If you have questions about a specific dog, they can be emailed to [email protected]. JAX (Jaxson) is the sweetest guy. He was found after being abandoned on a dirt road in rural SC. Our best guess as to why, is his obsessive barking at times which has gotten better in his short time with us. He's a hound after all and without a responsible and dedicated owner he was allowed to do pretty much whatever he wanted. Jax is estimated to be 6 months of age. He is 95% house trained and will definitely try his best to get your attention if he needs to go outside. He's never had a accident in his crate and I'm pretty certain that until coming here he had never been in a crate. Jax sleeps in the bed, loves going for car rides, enjoys walks in nature where he can let his nose do what it does best. He knows sit, wait and we are working on stay. I do not recommend Jax to go to a home with small children do to his energy level. He hasn't been a fan of Cats and Horses. Horses were a major problem but he has gotten better with a little work. Jax will need to go to a home experienced with coonhounds and their antics. He is very much a boy who will take any advantage he can to counter surf or dumpster dive in the trashcan if given the opportunity. *A COMPLETED AND APPROVED APPLICATION MUST BE ON FILE BEFORE WE SCHEDULE A MEET AND GREET.
