Jazz is a 3 yr old Yorkie mix who weighs 10#. She is very energetic and does get underfoot so would not be a good dog for a senior owner.She was returned after a 3 yr adoption due to problems with the children. For that reason, we are looking for a home with no kids or older children. We don't know if the issues were due to Jazz or the children as she has shown no signs of problems when in our foster home. Jazz is a happy and friendly dog who needs an active family.. She requires a safe, fenced in yard - no exceptions. We will not respond to applications without a fenced in yard. Also, Jazz does resource guard and may be best as an only pet for this reason.Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received.
Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping.
