We believe that Jelly Bean was born around 2019. A vet said that they believe that she was born blind in the one eye. The other eye has a significant cataract. She possibly sees shadows and shapes. Jelly Bean does good with other dogs and cats but she does startle easily. Once she is used to an area, she gets around fairly well. Jelly's owner is a young mom with a 3 month old who has some special needs as well so Jelly's owner definitely has her hands full.
In spite of her limitations, Jelly continues to have a wonderful personality and would make a fine addition.
Jelly is in Middle TN but we do have transport available to fabulous homes in the NE.
