This handsome boy is Jethro. He is such a friendly and happy fellow. Jethro arrived at the SPCA in late February, 2023. We can't understand why he is still at the shelter. Everyone who has spent time with Jethro loves him. He is a very outgoing, affectionate and playful boy.
