Jethro

Meet Jethro! *This pets adoption fee has been sponsored, meaning there is no cost to adopt him from us!* This pup is super loving and mellow! All he wants us a couch to curl up on in a loving home. This pup spent a few years in the Texas heat outdoors at a "rescue" that was shut down due to neglect and abandonment. He is now safe with us in Michigan, STILL waiting for that forever family to come along for him! Jethro is fixed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and on preventatives... Unfortunately though he is Positive for Heartworms and is on treatment for that. (He would remain on treatment in an adoptive home, Fully paid for by us!) Jethro has a heart murmur, which doesn’t qualify him for normal heartworm treatment but he will go to his new home on “slow-kill” treatment … Fun Fact- Jethro has died before!!! While being neutered, he briefly passed away due to his unknown heart condition at the time, but thankfully the vet staff was able to bring him back. This all happened while he was still down in Texas…. His back story is even crazier than that too! Despite everything he has been through, he is still a super happy and thriving pup who just wants to be spoiled!
