Jewel

This is Jewel, the lovely polarbear/pit mix. This beautiful bundle of love that doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve but on her nose for all to see! Jewel has worked very hard at graduating her basic training course but could use a refresher. She would do well with a handler who could physically handle her polarbear butt! Jewel can be stubborn and knows how to get her way so her owner needs to be confident in their leadership abilities and give her the structure to thrive. In return Jewel will give you all she's got with every cuddle and kiss to long walks and goofy faces. Miss Jewel LOVES to go on walks, play, be with her people and is just be an all around silly pup. She has been tested multiple times with other dogs and does well with them. Her prefered doggy sibling would be a calmer submissive male dog. Because of her size and energy we do not recommend small dogs with her. Jewel doesn't understand how big she is and likes to throw her wieght around. For this reason we do not recommend homes with small children or elderly persons for this sweet girl. Jewel would do best with one or two handlers or a family with older kids.
