This is JIGGY! He’s 5 years old and 15 pounds We think he is a chihuahua mix, but that’s our best guess! JIGGY is a sweetheart. He’s loving, playful and affectionate. He loves to play with furry friends at the foster. He loves people, cats and dogs. He is in a home with other cats and dogs!
